Welcome to SUPARTIFY, the art of a technical support engineer!
Who am I?
I am Zakariae Fathi, and I am a technical support engineer working for an IT company.
I have been working in this field for more than 6 years.
I have achieved many goals at my workplace, such as building good relations with our customers, offering training to colleagues, gaining the trust of the team, and becoming the go-to person.
In my work, my main interest is to deliver a solution to a problem as fast as possible with fewer costs and ensure that customer expectations are met.
Doing this, I've sought ways to approach and solve a problem. I've become a big fan of the divide-and-conquer approach.
I enjoy coming up with new ideas and workarounds. The joy and satisfaction I got helping someone is the key that keeps me going and improving in my work.
What is this site about?
If you like to solve IT problems, and you want to be a technical support engineer, this is the right place for you.
Everyone has passions, and one of my passions is solving IT problems.
My initial dream was to become a developer, but after getting in dept into the universe of technical support, I found myself in it.
I enjoy working as a technical support engineer, and I would like to share this joy with everyone who is interested. To achieve this and make my voice heard, I have created this site, where I will be posting tips and tricks about being a Technical Support Engineer, some diaries, experiences, and more.
